So how have everyone’s Xmas been? (I know it’s a bit late to ask, but always late than never right? Tsksk)
Thanks you all for all my Xmas’s pressie, I totally loved each and every one of them! And I sincerely hope that you guys loved my pressie too! (Hey, I took an effort to shop around and brought it back along with me from Perth ok!)

Anyhow, I thought I’ll just dedicate this post to our lil Jet boy since he’s basically the other one I spent most amount of time with this xmas beside Mike. LOL. Let me continue on and you’ll know =p

24th December 2008 XMAS EVE
The usual Xmas eve thingy is to go over to Tecky’s place for BBQ. This year weather’s pretty good I reckon. Not too hot, and still a lil cold too. So it’s totally awesome! Had our traditional exchanging of pressie at Mike’s place. My Pandora collection grew!!
BBQ was like usual. And for a change we had Malay satay with yummy satay sauce! Definitely a highlight of the day ok!

25th December 2008 XMAS DAY
Went over to Shiaw Wee’s place for homemade Wanton Mee for dinner. More exchanging of pressie of course!

Spent the last few days basically veging at Mike’s place as I’m sick still!! Damn cough! While the family happily went down to Mandurah just like last year, going fishing crazily. I haven’t been to any fishing trips yet lately. And this few days weather has been really crap! SUMMER IS HERE, TEMPERATURE IS SOOO HIGH AND THE SUN IS SOOO BAKING HOT!
Somehow, I’ve not been my usual self dying to get a tan! Rather, I’ve been trying to avoid the sun as much as possible! Hello, I rather stay in an air-conditioned room right, than to face the hot sunny weather and suffer from heat stroke. Hahaha.

On the contrast, we just had gongong’s bday party a while ago. Just 4 tables full of relatives having dinner in a really small Chinese restaurant. Food was really unimpressive, but it was indeed a good celebration!

sorry guys that i've been neglecting my blog!!
Had been really busy after i return from Spore- endless Xmas parties/ dinners to attend, work and last but not least, i'm down with a flu!
But, i've finally uploaded all my photos up to picasa! Just need to edit my bro's wedding photos and soon i'll be able to upload all the pics to facebook i think. Will take some time thou, so be patient!

I shall sum up my trip back to Singapore first!

13th December 2008 Saturday.
Landed in Spore at 0300, Bro picked me up and off we went to Jalan Kayu to have some supper (Not my idea kind of supper as i was expecting the taiwan beancurd at geylang).
Headed off to my Bro's new condo and started tidying up etc.
So i didnt made it to QW's commissioning parade!! Such a shame!! And i'm still feeling sooo regretful, and i suppose i'll continue feeling full of regrets for not turning up to his parade and watching him in his number 1 uniform! Arrrgh!

Anyhow, met up with the gang later that night for some KTV at Cine! Usual us and the usual songs played. I LOVE OUR FRIENDSHIP TO BITS!! Later on, headed to Conspriacy at Boat Quay for more drinkings. Man, i seriously hope the government bans smoking in all areas soon!

14th December 2008 Sunday.
The day for my bro's housewarming buffet/ BBQ. Weather was really gloomy and drizzling half the time, but we still managed to start the fire and had a couple of hours of BBQ! Meetup with Aina, Yann and Linda, and of course lil Vera too!! Sooo nice to see the girls after soo long! Love them to bits! Good old fun with good old friends! Cant wait to see lil Vera grow up!

After the BBQ, I went prawning at Bishan Park with Ky and Sheryl. My very first time and I can say it’s soooo different from fishing! Spent 3 hours with absolutely NO LUCK at all!! We’re such a NOOB seriously!! Was sooo hungry after that we went over to Sheryl’s house at the wee hour just to cook instant mee and eat. Hehehe.

15th December 2008 Monday.
Bao got day off, so me, ky and him went over to Orchard to do some retail therapy! Lunch at Ajisen- Ramen sooo yummy! Seriously, I’m soooo deprived in Perth! Even Melbourne has Ajisen lor, why not Perth!? Damnit! Anyway, I was soooo close to getting another Gucci bag for myself but Bao took forever long to consider buying himself one and chose not to in the end, so I’ve got a Coach bag instead.

After Bro’s wedding rehearsal at the church, the gang and I went to Chompchomp for dinner. Soooo many yummy food and for once I’ve realised that Wenbin cant stop talking nonstop!!

16th December 2008 Tuesday
The day I’ve finally met up with my best friends in BPS after a good 4 or 5 years I would say! Had a really good lunch with them and spent a very good quality amount of time at the Singapore National Museum. All I can say is that these 2 dudes haven’t changed a bit in the past few years!! Still the same old person as I knew them back in BPS. A pity I couldn’t spend more time with them! However, for one day I actually felt loved by everyone around me!

BFF called me late at night, and so I sneaked out to catch up with him. And off we went to KBOX at Cine. Same old fun with the same old person, still the same BFF I knew after sooo long. Catching up with him always remind me of our good ol’ times, it might be such a bad idea to even think of it, but still, I guess we moved on, or at least I moved on- how about you BFF? (Do you really mean what you say sometimes?)
Had a little spin in the car later and off we went to Changi Village for some Nasi Lemak! Drools!!!

17th December 2008 Wednesday
The long await day is finally here!!!! QW’s Commissioning Ball at Fullerton Hotel.
Earlier on, I’ve met up with KY. Yong Tau Foo at the usual Kopitiam- how good can it get! Also, we used 20 bucks catching a Mickey Mouse from the arcade- HOW LUCKY CAN WE GET? Even though I reckon we are getting ripped off here. Haha. But still, sometimes you gave me a hope that if only we dated, I’ll be such a lucky girl of yours. And thanks for the earrings Ky, for once I thought you were seriously getting me a ring from the look of the box. Haha. Still, I thanked God everyday for such a friend like you- always beside me. I dunno how long you’ll be here for me for, but I’ll be constantly keeping you in my mind.

QW picked me up and off we went to the ball! Fullerton Hotel was such a gorgeous! Ball was fantastic too! Loved every bit of being QW’s date even though the food wasn’t that great, but the company was awesome! And thanks for the pretty flowers QW! His platoon mates are all sooo nice and seriously I can feel those “warmly brotherly” sort of love from them. Seeing their clips from day 1 till then, I was sooo glad where QW is now. The kind of feeling that tells you that he has grown up to be a man. Still feel kinda bad that I didn’t make it to his parade, but I’m soooo happy to be invited to his ball and being part of it. I would say I will never forget this experience. And good luck QW with your training in airforce at NSW. If you do get to go to Florida, you know I would be coming over to visit you next year!! Even though we might not know when we’ll see each other again, but I’ll keep you in my prayers my dearest pal! GOOD LUCK!!

18th December 2008 Thursday
Another busy day for Bro’s wedding. Checking out decos and all and his bridal car. Wedding is seriously such a fuss- or maybe I’m not such a disorganise host like my bro!
Met up with BFF. Your fave pig organ soup at the usual place and yummy food at East Coast Park was good. Thanks for taking the time out (more like I taking the time out to catch up with you I reckon! Lol.) to go madly shopping with me. And of course, thanks for the pressie! Sometimes I wonder who would do such gestures beside you man! Oh well, lucky to have you I would say. Thanks thanks!

Was suppose to meet up with Aina and Linda, But poor Aina, sprained her legs.
Hope you are feeling much better by now Aina!! TAKE CARE ALRITE!! Cant afford to lose you! So I ended up just meeting up Linda for a lil while at Orchard. Thanks for the pressie Linda! And oh yea, I’m waiting for your church wedding!! Tsktsk, I could help you with it okie after since what I went through for my bro’s. Hehehe.

19th December 2008 Friday
Had a lovely brekky with KY, and had some quiet time together chatting to one another. Don’t you just love time like these?- oh well I do!
BFF came and helped out a lil on the wedding too. MANY THANKS TO YOU- HAILS THE BFF!
Very last minute planning for my bro’s wedding I would say. I was up till like 0400 the very next day on the wedding day just trying to do the lunch reception seating plan. ARRRRRRggghhh.. There goes the beauty sleep -.-

20th December 2008 Saturday.
My Bro’s getting married today!! Woke up at 0500 to get ready and off we went to pick the bride. I’m seriously sooooo excited being the bridesmaid!! +squeak+
Church wedding went as planned- I didn’t make a fool outta myself while doing the first reading. (Try saying Ecclesiastes for heaven sake) And thanks for the moral support KY, even thou you totally missed my reading. Hahaha.
Lunch Reception was a lil bit of a headache but everything else went smoothly. Even though I’ve been anticipating this day for very long, but I’m glad it went quick. Definitely it has left me a lots of memories to keep. Initially I was worried that I might get all emotional and cry and smeared my makeup and blah. But, it was such a joyful occasion. I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time seeing my bro and da sao sooo blissful. WHEN’S MY TURN! LOLx.

After a tiring day, i headed off to Vivo for dinner. I was seriously half asleep the whole time after the wedding. My eyes just couldn’t keep closing and sleeping at every chance I had! And not forgetting I managed to get to Geylang for some supper but!!! Still no chance of eating my Taiwan beancurd!! Soooo angry!! Sorry Ky that I actually missed out on our promised date, but all I could say is.. I hope you understand. So sorry even thou I know it cant heal anything, SORRY!

21th December 2008 Sunday.
HOW QUICK TIME FLIES WHEN ONE IS HAVING FUN? I actually don’t look forward to going back this time round. After all, these 9 days showed me a new meaning into my life. For once I seriously felt sooo loved by everyone around me, be it my friends or family. Seems to me, everyone is willing to make an effort to catch up with me when I’m back every time. I’m soooo touched really! Just strike me back to the thought that Singapore is where I belong, where my loved ones are, where I grew up and where I know my heart is! So guys give me some more time and I’ll come back once again. Till then, I hope you guys keep me in your heart, just like I do!
I look forward to seeing you all again! And shrugs I’m missing Spore already!!

Finally before I flew, I managed to meet up with Sky and QW. SKY- So sorry that I didn’t have enough time to catch up with you. But it’s my pleasure meeting you! Keep in contact alright. And I’m sure we’ll have plenty of time next time to catch up and hear my old nanny stories.. Hehehe.

Thanks for making the effort to meet me QW! Was sooo glad to see you just before I fly. Like I say no matter where we are, I’ll keep you close to my heart and wish you well. So dun ever feel that you’re alone somewhere okie? BTW- THANKS FOR THE PRESSIE. Agnes B I likeee… hahaha.

It’s been close to 2 weeks that I’ve been back in Perth. Seriously life in Perth is getting mundane. I’M MISSING EVERYONE BACK IN SPORE! And IMPORTANTLY MY LIFE IN SPORE!!!
